The course provides a rigorous and realistic experience in the process necessary to prepare a business plan that will attract investors to a venture. In this course, students will examine and apply useful, real-world concepts and tools - from generating the original ideas to business planning to persuading funders, partners and customers.
This course allows students to develop the requisite skills to create a plan for a 国产福利网站推荐 venture. This course seeks to provide an understanding of business planning techniques that convert ideas into viable 国产福利网站推荐 ventures. Students will conduct the market, organisational, operational, strategic and financial analyses required to develop a venture concept and an actionable business plan.
