The Academic and Student Affairs Units have implemented a standard operating听procedure听(SOP) whereby students are required to submit their听Course听Registration听Form (CRF) using their program-specific听Student听Registration听Request Form (SRRF).听The Early听Registration听period commences on March 22, 2026. You are encouraged to seek academic advice early.听Connect with听your Academic Advisor听using the听听听to discuss听your听course听selections听and听obtain your personalized annotated roadmap (Curriculum Map)听to complete听your degree.

Course听Selection & Academic Advisement

Academic听advising听presents an opportunity for a one-on-one relationship between you and your听Academic听Advisor.听 Effective听academic听advice听can positively impact your听academic听success. As a听University听of the Commonwealth Caribbean student, you should feel confident that you have access to听Academic听Advisors听to discuss your听academic听and career plans. You should also have confidence in the knowledge and expertise of your听Academic听Advisors听in providing accurate guidance in the design of an听academic听program and selection of specific courses.听听Academic听advice听allows听Academic听Advisors听the opportunity to play a key role in monitoring your听academic听progress and encouraging good听academic听performance.

It is very helpful to regularly meet with your听Academic听Advisor听to ensure you are on track for graduation.听

Summer 2026 Student Registration Request Process.
You MUST Use The Registration听Portal
To be registered for the Summer 2026 semester, please complete the registration form below:
ALL students听MUST听USE the registration portal above.听If you have sent an email to听sfs@ucc.edu.jm听with proof of听payment, you may experience delays. Please use the portal provided.听

Information for Student Loan Bureau (SLB) Students
First-Time SLB Students: To be registered for Summer 2026, your SLB loan application status should reflect Status D.听听
Returning SLB Students:听Unused Targeted Loan -听SLB funds for 2024 - 2025听cannot听be used to register you for Summer 2026. You must submit a 国产福利网站推荐 application to SLB.听Important Note: SLB does not cover the cost of miscellaneous听fees $6,334 JMD (pro-rated听for Summer 2026, if applicable), or zero-credit courses such as: Core Mathematics, Fundamentals of Accounting, Introductory Physics, Introductory Mathematics or English for Academic Purposes, $23,500 JMD each. You must upload proof of听payment听using the Registration portal to be registered.听
Special Consideration: If your SLB application status reflects A - C, please pay the miscellaneous fee and zero-credit courses fees (if applicable), upload proof of听payment听using the registration portal above.听

Late registration May 17 -23, 2026. There is a late fee of $3,500 JMD.听

You can check your registration status by selecting "Check Registration Status" under the "Registration" tab in Aeorion.

Resumption of Studies - Summer 2026 Instructions
If you are currently on leave of absence, please complete the Resumption of Studies form. If your last registered semester was听Spring 2025, you will need to submit an application on the UCC website (as if you are a 国产福利网站推荐 student). You will be provided with an updated annotated (personalized)听curriculum听map to guide your selections for Summer 2026.听听

Leave of Absence - Summer 2026 Instructions听
If you plan to take a break for听Summer 2026, please inform us as soon as possible. Any听Leave听of听Absence听(LOA) requests submitted after May 17, 2026, will incur a late processing fee听of听$500 JMD.
